FC KANZA is a football club with the process and values to improve the local narrative of career player development in the US Soccer landscape.

More specifically, FC KANZA seeks to improve coaching education, further refine the current player development process, and eliminate barriers to entry for talented low-income, underprivileged young players and coaches in the Heartland Midwest Region of the US.
